HTML & CSS

Well, I dealt with HTML before but that has been about 4 or 5 years ago so I guess I back at the beginning. I understand very little and CSS I have never had the chance to use it so dealing with both I’m a beginner again. Nothing like learning it wice maybe this time it will sink in & stay….lol
