Recipe for Learning Web Design
October 13, 2007
The article was straight and to the point & from my opinion very true. These days programs change on a fast pace and being skilled at one thing is good but if you chose not to keep yourself up to date in that program and your field of study then you will be no use to a company, nor to yourself as far as being capable of providing a income. Basically once you stop having a drive to keep up with technology then you basically give up on having a promising career in Web Design.
I agree that you need to stay on top of technology and up to date or you will fall behind and not succeed.
Pretty much any technical job is you stay with the “group” or you fall behind and fail.
It is a harsh thought, but it is very true, as soon as you quit upgrading your skills with whats new, you fall in the pit and your skills become obsolete. You really do have to have a strong interest in this field to help encourage yourself to keep learning all the time.
Yup, being on your feet and on top of your game whne it comes to demanding software from clients and employers is where you have to decide if you can keep up with the demand. It’s up to you if you want to go out and keep on feeding yourself with new information on daily basis. After all, to be able to go out and want to learn is a big factor in our careers.
